PDF to ZIP Converter

A ZIP file is a single archive that holds several files inside it. It is the standard way to send a set of documents as one attachment or one upload.

Typical uses: sending a full set of application documents, giving monthly invoices to an accountant, submitting coursework in several parts, or backing up a folder of statements.

The PDFs inside are stored unchanged. Your recipient unzips the archive and gets exactly the files you put in.

Some email providers block ZIP attachments or scan them more strictly, because ZIP files are sometimes used to hide malware. If your email bounces, send a file-sharing link or merge the PDFs into one file instead.

Name the files clearly before zipping, such as 01-passport.pdf and 02-bank-statement.pdf, so the person opening the archive knows what each one is.

Check the upload rules. Some portals want individual PDFs and will reject a ZIP even if it contains the right files.

Windows, macOS, iPhone and most Android phones can open ZIP files with their built-in file apps.
