Reporting a problem with a tool
To help us fix it quickly, tell us:
- which tool you used, for example Compress PDF
- your device and browser, for example an Android phone with Chrome
- what happened, and any error message you saw
Please don't attach the document itself unless we ask for it. If we need a file to reproduce a bug, we'll explain how it will be handled first.
